After the positive experience of collaborating in educational activities with the Secondary School of Monelos, this year we have once again organised a day. On this occasion, the activity, in which 70 students participated, was organised for 3rd year ESO students in coordination with the geography department, dealing with aspects contained in the curricular organisation of the subject Xunta de Galicia regulations.

The activity was organised in three parts:

• Educational talk on the situation of many river courses located in urban environments, paying special attention to the particular case of the river Monelos, for which data on its history, current situation and some proposals for its recovery were presented.
• Participatory workshop for the identification of natural and current river courses on a cartographic map.
• Survey using the Mentimeter tool to discover the students' knowledge and perception of the Monelos river.
